Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.
Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

Our Head Chef
After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.
An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.
Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.
An establishment that is never stationary, our ever-changing specials menu ensures that we’re in a constant state of evolution and there’s always something new to tempt you when you pay your next visit.

It's a family thing.......
Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".
Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.
Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us
At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

I colori della natura che splendono su una terra fertile come poche... La luce che brilla sui campi mentre l'occhio corre fino ai primi dolci rilievi collinari…
In questo splendido contesto della provincia frusinate, sorge l’agriturismo “Le Sodine” all'interno dell'azienda agricola di Gianni e Gabriella che, continuando una tradizione avviata negli anni '30 da nonno Titta e Papà Lorenzo, portano avanti quest'attività con la stessa passione e lo stesso amore d'un tempo.
A pochi metri dal rinomato frantoio di famiglia, è stato ricavato l’agriturismo, che consente di “assaporare” una storia secolare di passione per la qualità. Un luogo dove tutto è tradizione… Le stanze sono state ricavate nel vecchio fienile, mentre la sala ristorazione occupa la vecchia stalla.
L’arredamento è completamente in legno, in stile caldo ed accogliente. Gli ampi spazi verdi di cui dispone sono offerti liberamente agli ospiti,e ne fanno un luogo ideale quindi per una pausa di riflessione, per apprezzare i piccoli piaceri della vita e per allontanarsi dallo stress quotidiano. Un luogo anche particolarmente indicato per famiglie con bambini, che possono recuperare a piene mani un sano rapporto con la natura, oggi sempre più importante e raro.

Il ristorante Oca Bianca è una bellissima cascina completamente immersa nella campagna, ma a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Modena.
Sembra incredibile che, così vicino alla città, esista un così delizioso angolo di paradiso. I campi, la campagna e una dolcissima fattoria, circondano questo posto incantevole che non mancherà di stupirvi.
Rustica, ma finemente arredata, la nostra location non mancherà di soddisfare anche i più esigenti tra voi. D'inverno uno spettacolare camino acceso riscalda l'ambiente e il cuore, d'estate il fresco del portico vi farà dimenticare la calura della città.
